Join I Am Abel Foundation on our Care and Culture Tour: Sankofa, as we take a life-changing journey to Ghana, blending service, education, and cultural exchange.
We are raising funds to deliver C.U.R.E. Kits filled with essential medical supplies to underserved communities during our mission. These kits will be used in pop-up medical clinics, youth health workshops, and community service events, as we bring care and compassion directly to those in need.
Our journey begins in Jamestown with the Ga community, where we’ll teach children vital skills like CPR and bleeding control. We’ll visit the University of Ghana Medical Center, explore the Ghanaian healthcare system, and learn about tropical diseases. And finally, we’ll host a two-day community pop-up clinic, powered by the donations of generous supporters like you.
The word Sankofa means “go back and retrieve.” On this trip, we not only reclaim our cultural heritage, we leave behind knowledge, health, and hope.
